medically necessary prosthesis. |

Answer: McCleve
Orthotics & Prosthetics is on most major insurance plans
as well as Medicare/Medicaid and Workmans Comp. We work
closely with the insurance companies that we are not in
network with to negotiate prices/terms, etc. to benefit
the patient. |

Question: Do you provide state of the art
components? |

Answer:
Yes, we believe that the
patient should be provided the best products available
today. We provide Flex Foot, Ossur, Century XXII, Seattle,
USMC, Alps, Alpha, Otto Bock and many other components
available on the market. We work closely with the patient
to determine their needs and fit the patient to the
components. |

Question: Are your prosthesis made on site or sent
to a central fabrication facility? |

Answer:
We make our prostheses in
our lab at our location. We believe we are able to control
the quality of the prosthesis better and avoid the "middle
man". |

Question: How long will it take to make my
prosthesis after the cast of my limb is taken? |

Answer:
It will take approximately two weeks from the date of
casting to be fitted with your new prosthesis. |
